Shipping

• All goods are dispatched within 24 working hours. The reason we do not ship immediately is to undertake fraud and security checks for our clients own protection. Goods are held in 'distribution' and all orders are marked as 'Awaiting Dispatch'

• Once these fraud checks are approved goods are collected by one of our courier services and sent Australia Standard Post. Normally this takes 2-4 working days depending on the speed of the local delivery office (see our delivery schedule below)

• All packages are sent 'recorded' delivery so it is important to make sure that there will be someone present to sign for the goods. If there is nobody present then they will leave a 'while you were out card'. You will then be able to contact your local office and either reschedule the delivery or collect direct.

• All orders are sent out in a plain packaging.
